How we lay sod.
Old lawn out.
We strip the old grass and weeds so the new sod isn't sitting on top of the problem.
Graded and levelled.
The ground gets levelled and sloped so water runs away from the house. Where the soil is poor, we bring in fresh soil.
Laid tight.
Rolls go down with tight seams and staggered joints, so you don't see lines across the lawn.
Cleaned up.
Leftover sod, soil and debris leave with us. The site gets cleaned up every day.
